This photo taken at the end of a perfect weekend coming home on the ferry from NY only worked in this "sponge" filter mode. Think it was because there really isn't too much information in the original photo to work with...

Mosaic

This is a sunflower from my son's wedding in Sept 2008. I let the mosaic maker use a whole folder full of photos from my computer to make it. So amazing to click on the mosaic and be able to zoom in on the photos it is made up of. Thanks AndreaMosaic for the tool!

Landscape

Last weekend I had to fly to southern Florida to attend classes. Because my roommate and I had an afternoon free before our morning flights we went on an air boat ride in the Everglades. Imagine this expanse going from Fort Lauderdale all the way to the Gulf coast on the other side of the state. Amazing. I actually was engrossed in the clouds as horizon was all you could see in any direction. My attempt to change that horizon (which I felt cut the photo down the middle) are a couple of dizzying photos....yikes!
